Ingredients
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 slices white bread, diced
salt
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 pound browned pork sausage
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Put in a 8 X 8 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If making a double recipe, bake for one hour.
