Mix in a heave 2 quart saucepan sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter, salt
Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil. ( mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Take off heat
Stir until completely melted chocolate chips, nuts, vanilla. Spread in a 8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper., Cool. Cut into 30 pieces
