Put cereal in large bowl, set aside.
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on high one minute.
Stir and microwave 30 seconds until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
Pour into 2 gallon resealable ziplock bag.
Add powdered sugar.
Seal bag and shake until coated.
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
