Ham Balls
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

20 ounces pre-cooked ham -- ground - medium
12 ounces pork sausage
2 egg -- beaten
3 slices soft bread crumbs
SAUCE
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix meat, eggs and bread crumbs and form into balls. Makes 16 2 1/2 oz. balls. Blend together sauce ingredients and pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting often.
For 1 inch balls, bake about 40 minutes.
