     Salsa Verde Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa verde
4 slices pepperjack cheese
1 avocado (pitted and scooped)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (grated)
4 buns/rolls
Lettuce and tomato
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
 
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
Mix the turkey, salsa verde and seasoning in a bowl.
Form 4 patties and place them in a frying pan. Cook thoroughly, about 10-15 min.
Turn off heat, place the cheese slices on the patties and cover with lid until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
Mix the avocado, mayonnaise and garlic, mashing to desired consistency.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the burger in a bun with the avocado mayonnaise, Lettuce and tomato.
