Ingredients
a. 2 bell peppers, but into slices
a. 1 tablespoon olive oil
a. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
a. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
a. salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate. Cook in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
