Slice cabbage and set aside. In large skillet, cook bacon and
remove. Cook onion for a couple of minutes.
Face cabbage down in skillet and add water, salt/pepper. and
sugar. Let cook until the cabbage wilts, around 10 minutes or
so. You can stir, as it will not remain in wedge form as it melts.
Add vinegar before serving and stir it up
