-Heat oven to 375
-Lightly grease baking sheet with Crisco
-Combine Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk, and
vanilla in a large bowl
- beat a medium speed until well blended
-Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
-Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until
blended
-Stir in raisins and nuts (optional)
-Drop rounded tablespoons full of dough 2 inches
apart onto baking sheet
-Bake for 10-12 mins
