French baguette -- sliced 1/4" thick
HOT ARTICHOKE TOPPING
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts -- drained and chopped
1 4.5 oz. can chopped green chiles -- drained
3 cloves garlic -- minced
Garnish - chopped green onions,
crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes

ALMOND-BACON-CHEESE TOPPING
2 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup toasted, sliced almonds
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
Garnish - toasted, sliced almonds

Place baguette slices on aluminum baking sheet in a single layer and toast in a 400 degree oven until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Hot Artichoke Crostinis - Combine all 6 ingredients and spread on bread slices. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Garnish and serve immediately.
