     Crab Imperial

Ingredients
2 lbs Maryland Backfin Crabmeat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp chopped pimento
2 tsp whole capers
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
6 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
8 aluminum or ceramic baking shells
8 tbsp mayo
 
paprika for garnish
Instructions
Mix mayo, pimento capers, worch. sauce, salt, hot pepper sauce. Blend well
Place crab meat in large bowl and pour mixture over top. Toss lightly and divide between baking shells
Top each with tbsp of mayo and sprinkle with paprika
Bake for 20 mins at 375 and serve
