Instructions |
|
|
Mix baking soda, flour, sugar, dry cocao, oil, water,
and vinegar. Fill cupcake pans 1/2 full of mixture
|

Then separately, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt,
chocolate chips. Add 1 tablespoon of this mixture to
each cupcake center
|

|
Bake 325 for 20 mins
|
