     Moroccan Bell Pepper Dip - Taktouka

1 jar roasted bell peppers, drained
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic
6 roma tomatoes, peeled and seeds removed and chopped
1 small, sweet onion, chopped
2T extra virgin olive oil
1 - 2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. smoked sweet paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and puree to slightly chunky consistency.
Mixture can be cooked for 10 min. in sauce pot until softened or served as a salsa style dip raw.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with baguette or flat bread.
