     Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
2.5 OZ Spinach
1 OZ Cream Cheese
2 TBS Breadcrumbs
 
Instructions
Coat pan with cooking spray. Add spinach, toss over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Scrape into towel and press out excess liquid. Finely chop.
Recoat pan with spray. Add spinach, cream cheese, and breadcrumbs. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes.
