Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a
small bowl. Whisk all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
In baking dish layer 1/2 of the fruit and 1/2 of the pecans. Pour
dry ingredient mixture over top of fruit. Evenly pour wet mixture
on top of oats. Place remaining fruit and pecan on top. Bake for
15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
