     Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
a. 1/2 onion chopped
a. 2 cloves garlic
a. butter cooking spray
b. 10 ounce frozen spinach dethawed
b. 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
c. 3/4 cup artichoke juice from canned hearts
c. 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
c. 1/2 tablespoon basil
d. 14 ounce jar pasta sauce
 
d. 1.5 cups shredded mozarella
d. 4 ounce container feta cheese
e. 4 lasagna noodles, cooked.

Instructions
Sautee onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.
Place artichoke and spinach in strainer and apply pressure to drain as much liquid as possible. Set aside.
Add C mixture to onions and bring to a boil. Add spinach/artichoke hearts and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add D mixture and turn stir until cheese melts. Alternate mixture and lasagna noodles in a pan. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes covered. Cook 15 minutes uncovered.
