     Sausage Cream Pasta

Ingredients
8 Pork sausages
Olive oil
2 Leeks
1 stalk Celery
10 Mushrooms
1 cup Cream
Salt and black pepper
500g Tagliatelle
Grated Cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Brown eight pork sausages. Slice into circles when cooled.
Stirfry thinly sliced leeks, celery, and mushrooms till soft.
Add the sausages, cream, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve over tagliatelle topped with grated cheese.
