     Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
170g Egg noodles, cooked al dente and drained
30ml Butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
250ml Milk
125ml Sour cream
125ml Onion, chopped
125ml Green pepper, chopped
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
15 Ritz-style crackers, coarsely broken
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, toss noodles and butter.
In a saucepan, combine soup, milk, sour cream, onion, pepper and celery. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer.
Add tuna. Heat through; add noodles.
Transfer mixture to a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over top. Bake in oven preheated to 350 F (180 C) for 20 minutes.
