     Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups peeled slice apples
1 tbsp. sugar
 
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
1. Mix all this very well- 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs 1 cup oil 2 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup orange juice
2. Then mix- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples 1 TBSP sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
3. Layer in greased/floured (or sprayed) tube pan (or Bundt pan).
4. Bake for 64 minutes at 350 degrees or till done. Let cool for at least 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
