|

2 grilled chicken breasts, cut into bite size cubes ( could be baked or sautéed )

1 avocado, peeled and cubed
|

1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted

2 t. orange juice
|
| |
1 1/2 T olive oil
|
| |
1 1/2 t. lime juice
|
| |
1/4 t. salt
|

Instructions |

Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining
ingredients and pour over salad. Toss lightly.
