Saute onion in olive oil. Add cumin, oregano, and
garlic. Cook for a minute. Add chicken broth,
potatoes, and garbanzo beans. Cook for 5 minutes
(until potatoes are tender).
Add chicken, corn, salt, zucchini, tomatoes,
cilantro, and lime juice. Cook until zucchini is
to consistency of your liking.
Before serving, stir in a spoonful of sour cream
and add avacados if desired.
