Melt butter and oil, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Simmer for 5 min. Add seasonings, salsa and flour. Stir well. Add
tomatoes, chicken meat, and 1/2 the broth. simmer for 1 hour.
Add remainder of broth. Heat through and serve. Serve with
chips, sour cream, avocado, and cheese.
