     Red Wine Butter Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup red wine (whatever you like to drink)
2 sticks butter room temperature
1 rosemary stem
 

Instructions
Put rosemary stem in wine.. reduce the wine about 3/4 or more... Cream butter in food processor. Remove rosemary from wine and add wine to butter. Mix thoroughly.
Serving Suggestions
Great sauce for steak...
