Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a large pot over medium heat saute: spinach onion oregano basil and garlic in the oilve oil.
Pour in spaghetti sauce and water simmer for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl mix cottage or ricotta cheese, mozerella, and parmesan cheese, parsley, salt pepper,egg, and parsley.
Place a small amount of sauce in th ebottom of a lasagna pan. Place 1/2 uncooked noodles on top of sauce and layer with 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles and repeat until all is layered finishing with sauce.
Cover with foil and bake 55 min. Remove foil and bake another 15 min. Let sit 10 min. before serving.

I used Dreamfileds brand of Lasagna Noodles they are less points and taste better then Whole Wheat.
