Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Put milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick into blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until center is firm; cool. Mix together topping ingredients and spread on top of cooled cheesecake. Store in refrigerator.
