     Blueberry streusel. Topped muffins.

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
2eggs
2.5 cups flour
1.25 cups sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1.5 tsp vanilla2 cups fresh blueberries
 

Instructions
Combine flour with sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. Cut in the butter until it is in tiny pieces. Remove 3/4 cup of this mixture and set aside. Stir the cinnamon into this mixture and set aside ( this is for the strudels )
In a mixing bowl combine the milk, eggs and vanilla mix well.
In a large bowl add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. And mix until combined Gently stir in the blueberries.
Spoon batter into the muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam. Top each one with a bit of the streusel mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes x 350 degrees Cool x10 min then remove from the baking
