4 Boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
1 Large can cream of mushroom soup (or 2 regular size)
1 Can Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Mayo
1 tsp. Curry Powder
3 Cups - Sharp Cheddar (reserve 1 cup)
Panko Bread Crumbs
Butter
Instructions
Grease baking dish. Then line baking dish with broccoli. dot pats of butter on top of the broccoli. Put chicken on top of broccoli and butter.
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup shredded cheddar and the panko in a bowl and pour on top of chicken. Then put the remaining cup of shredded cheddar and panko on top.
Cook at 350 for 45 min or longer if needed.
