Ingredients
9lbs 2-Row-US
1lb Caramel/Crystal 60-US
1lb Flaked Oats
.5lb Victory Malt-US
.5lb Chocolate Malt-US
.5oz OSHY Vojvodina Hops @ 60 minutes
.5oz OSHY Vojvodian Hops @ 30 minutes
 
White Labs Irish Ale Yeast WL004

Instructions
Mash at 156F for 60 minutes. Boil and add above hop schedule for 60 minutes. Cool to 70-78F, pitch yeast and let sit in primary 10-14 days.
IBU-27, SRM-23, ABV-6%, OG-1.065, FG-1.018, Boil Size-6.5 gallons, Batch Size-5 gallons
