4.5lbs Red Wheat-US
1lb White Wheat-US
.5lb Flaked Wheat
.5oz OSHY Vojvodina Hops @ 60 minutes
.25oz OSHY Cascade Hops @ 30 minutes
.25oz OSHY Cascade Hops @ 15 minutes
 
White Labs American Hefeweizen 320
Instructions
Mash @ 154F for 60 minutes. Boil adding above hop schedule for 60 minutes. Cool to 70-78F and pitch yeast. Keep in primary for 10-14 days.
IBU-22, SRM-4 ABV-5.6%, OG-1.065, FG-1.018, Boil Size-6.5 gallons, Batch Size-5 gallons
