Ingredients
3 Sweet Potatoes
Chicken - on the bone
3/4 Cup EVOO
3/4 Cup Water
1 tsp. Oregano
Juice of 2 Lemons
Salt & Pepper
 

Instructions
If using chicken place in salamoura sauce to marinate for a few hours before cooking.
Salamoura Sauce- Combine EVOO, Water, Oregano, Lemon Juice and Salt & Pepper. Add more or less Lemon juice depending on the taste.
Bake in the oven at 425 for approx 45 Min.
