     BYU Math Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
2 boxes fresh strawberries
1/4 lb butter (room temperature
3 eggs, separated
1 box (medium)vanilla wafers crushed(split into 2 groups)
1 lb powdered sugar (3 3-4 cups)
1 pint whipping cream
 

Instructions
Grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish.Pour in 1-2 of the wafers(shake pan to even). Beat egg whites to stiff.
Cream together; butter, egg yokes, egg whites, and sugar(mess). Dot mess into casserole and spread evenly with two forks.
Wash and hull the berries. Press the berries into the mess. Whip the cream and spread over the berries. Sprinkle the other 1-2 of the wafers evenly on top. Refrigerate
Serving Suggestions
Cut into squares and serve cold
