Pastry method-
Sieve flour, add the dried yeast, salt, butter and the beaten egg. Mix all ingredients together and add some warm water, form a ball and leave aside, in a bowl cover with cloth in a warm place till it rises. Meanwhile in a another bowl mix the ricotta, spinach, egg, bacon, salt and pepper. Roll out pastry and cut in long strapes of 5cm wide and 25cm long. Spread some of the mixture onto the straps of pastry, leave 1cm at the end and brush some milk and roll. Complete this procedure till you finish all pastry. The caponata ones the same. Mix caponata, tuna and corn together and spread it on the pastry strap. Put them in a greased baking dish and brush each one with milk. Leave a wide space between them, don't put too much mixture, especially the ricotta ones or else the pastry will expand and will tearing apart. Bake for 35-40 minutes on middle shelf or till golden brown on 180c. So, delicious!! Enjoy --)
