Stew chicken and remove from bone. Mix chicken, soup and sour cream together. Place in oblong baking dish. Melt 1 stick of margarine in skillet and add 1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well to coat with margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
