Ingredients
3 boxes phyllo cups (15 each)
8 oz prepared pico de gallo
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz grated monterey jack cheese
12 oz chorizo, casing removed, browned for 12 min, crumbled and drained
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients and mix. Fill shells and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
