Cut the shortening into dry ingredients. Add milk. Stir until
well blended-- it will be moist. Scrape out onto well floured
pastry cloth. Knead with cloth 8-10 times. Roll out, fold over,
and roll again. Cut and bake at 425-450 degrees until brown (
about 20 minutes).
If using all purpose flour, Add 2 rounded TBSP of baking
powder, and 2 tsp of salt.
