Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Put spinach in
bottom of dish. Add grated cheese on top. In a separate bowl, beat
together milk, eggs, Bisquick, onion, salt and pepper. Pour on top of
cheese and spinach. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
