     Velvet Crumb Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBsp shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Topping-
 
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup nuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 TBsp margarine
2 TBsp milk
Instructions
Mix cake ingredients together well. Put in greased square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Mix topping items together. Top cake with mixture. Broil 3 minutes.
