Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 X 9 inch pan. Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Immediately sprinkle miniature marshmallows over hot brownies. Follow with the nuts and chocolate chips. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Long enough to soften chocolate. Remove from oven, swirl chocolate over nuts and marshmallows. Cool until topping set, then cut into squares.
