     Sicilian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
seasonings
parsley
4 oz tomato sauce or 3 oz ketchup
4 oz grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz pkg ham
 
Instructions
Combine ingredients except for cheese and ham. Place meat on large piece of foil and spread into a 8 x 5 rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over ham (layer ham & cheese - 2 pieces ham, cheese over ham, and 2 pieces ham over cheese)
Roll hamburger into roll.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
