     Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
21/2 - 3 lb broiler, cut up
1 bottle (7 oz) spicy tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
rice
 

Instructions
Mix taco sauce, water, salt, oregano, garlic, and onion.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Cover and simmer until cheese melts. Serve over rice.
