     Banana Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients
a. 1/4 cup butter softened
a. 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar
a. 2 tablespoons white sugar
b. 1 egg
b. 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
c. 3 ripe bananas mashed
c. 1/4 cup sour cream
d. 1 cup chocolate chips
e. 1 teaspoon baking soda
 
e. 1/8 teaspoon salt
e. 1 cup flour
f. 2 tablespoons butter softened
f. 3 tablespoons peanut butter
f. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
f. splash of milk
f. at least 2 cups powdered sugar
f. 2 ounces cream cheese softened

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add in B mixture and beat in. Add C mixture and stir. Add D mixture and mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Put into lined muffin tins. Bake on 350 for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
Mix the F mixture together to make frosting. Add powdered sugar for desired consistency.
Makes enough frosting for 12 cupcakes (not sure how much this batter batch makes)
