     Heavenly Hash Cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP cocoa
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups marshmallows (cut in 1/2) or 3/4 cup marshmallow creme
 
Icing-
2 TBSP cocoa
2 TBSP butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
3 TBSP evaporated milk

Instructions
Mix all of ingredients except marshmallows or the creme. Pour into a greased and floured 9x9x2 pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. While hot, cut the marshmallows in 1/2 (or the creme), and put on top.
For the icing- Cook over low heat. Pour over cake. (May double and bake in a 13x9 pan.
