     Shrimp and Fish Dip

Ingredients
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 TBSP oil
1 TBSP cornstarch/ flour
4-5 fish fillets
1 1/2- 2 lbs. shrimp
2 cans mushroom soup
 
1/2 cup sherry
1 can mushrooms
Red pepper, to taste
Salt to taste

Instructions
Chop vegetables and sauté until limp in the oil. Add shrimp which have been peeled and cook until pink. Add cornstarch. Add mushroom soup and sherry. Drain mushrooms and add. Set aside. Boil fish in 2 caps of Crab boil until done enough to flake (5-15 minutes). Flake and add to other ingredients. Serve warm in chafing dish with bread rounds or serve as a main dish in patty shells or over toast.
