Ingredients
red/yellow peppers
olive oil
1 t sugar
1/4 cup chopped basil
2 t capers drained
gorgonzola cheese for top
 

Instructions
Saute peppers cut in strips (halve) in olive oil and sugar 12-15 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with basil and capers. Put on lighly buttered toasted rounds. Toast at 375 for 8 minutes with gorgonzola on top.
