Bake 3 Sweet Potatoes using the Salamoura recipe. When finished let cool. Sautee onion and garlic. When sweet potatoes are cooled off put potatoes and onion/garlic in blender with fresh basil and fresh oregano. Pour chicken soup broth into blender and puree until it is the consistency you like.
Once you are finished making the puree, pour the mix into a pot and heat it up until hot. When hot pour a little bit of heavy cream into the soup and stir it in well. Add a dab of sour cream and mix that in as well.
When ready to serve place a dollop of sour cream in the middle of the bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves and fresh oregano.
