3 cups Papaya - scooped out

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

1 teaspoon (or less) freshly grated ginger

1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar (depends if Papaya is sweet)

Instructions |

|
-Mix together papaya and crushed pineapple.
|
|
|
-Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes with the cover on.
After 15 minutes, take the cover off.
|
|
|
-Put on low heat. Stir constantly. When the juice is
gone, it’s done.
|
|
|
-Fills two small jam jars.
|
