1 (6oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (about 12)

1/2 loaf narrow french baguette, cut into 1/4 inch slices

3/4 C. parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1/3 C. mayo
|

Instructions |
|
|
Drain artichoke hearts and place one on each slice of bread.
|
|
|
Stir together cheese and mayo and spread 1 T. on top of each
artichoke heart.
|
|
|
Place on baking sheet and Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is
melted and light golden brown.
