In a large bowl, combine the water and sugar. Add the yeast, and let this rise for around five minutes. Once the yeast has activated, add the flour, salt, and 1/2 of the rosemary. Knead, either by hand or in a standing mixer, and add flour until you get a smooth and not very sticky dough ball (around 6 minutes in a mixer).
Place the dough into a greased bowl, and let it rise in a dark, warm place for around an hour. After an hour, punch out the air. Knead the dough, and split it into two halves, forming each into a round loaf. Brush the melted butter onto the loaves, and sprinkle the remaining rosemary on top. Let these rise for another 45 minutes.
Lastly, bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes.
