     Anytime Cake/Choc Chip Apple Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 can apple pie filling(cut into small pieces)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts(optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
 
1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups flour
Instructions
cream together oil, sugar, eggs. Add vanilla.. Add remaining ingredients... Beat by hand and pour into un-greased 9x13 cake pan,
Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
