     Chicke and Biscutes

Ingredients
6 cups cut up cooked chicken
1 1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cup chopped celery stalks
1 bag (12oz) frozen mixed vegtables
3 1/2 cups chicken broth( 32oz catron)
1/3 cup corn starch
3/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
3 1/3 cups Original Bisquick mix
 
1 cup milk

Instructions
HEAT over to 400 F. Heat chicken, onions, celery, mixed vegetables and chicken broth to boiling.
stir cornstarch and water until dissolved- stir into into chicken mixture. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute; remove from heat. Stir in parsley, Pour into ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x 2inches
Stir Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by 30 teaspoonfuls onto chicken mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
..... Grandma use to add a few drops of yellow food coloring to the chicken mixture to give it that little extra....
