     Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients
1/2 cup hot tap water
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
3 TBSp melted butter
 
Instructions
Mix in blender until sugar dissolves. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Use in place of canned sweetened milk.
